Lane Etheridge
LANE ETHERIDGE
Besides family and his appreciation for the great outdoors; Lane spends all kinds of time doing what he genuinely enjoys – helping his clients through life’s most significant financial decisions. He has been working in real estate for a number of years now and has closed many many.... well over 100 homes and/or properties.
He’d be hard pressed to call it work. Meeting with clients and sharing the common goal of finding what would best meet their needs, is a win-win. Lane is honored each and every time a new client reaches out to him or a referral comes in from a past client.

In terms of integrity, and if he were to rank these characteristics - honesty is in number one; followed by respect; and third would need to be loyalty.

This community he is blessed to live in and work for is the best part for him. He can't say enough about the people who live here and how caring they are. It's why he loves to call it home for sure.
Straight shooter....One of Lane's personal goals is to always "say what you mean; and mean what you say."
TIM SCHLUCKEBIER
Born in Les Schwab Country, Tim started at Les Schwab when he was 16 years old. 25 years later he is the Manager of the Wenatchee Les Schwab Tire Center. Tim lives Les’s motto “unselfish for good reasons” day in and day out. He has lived and worked in many communities across four states during his career. Each stop along the way Tim has made it a driving force to give back, volunteer his time and help support programs that build strong communities.

Tim enjoys traveling and camping with his wife of 18 years, Kylee. He loves to watch his 16-year-old son Wyatt, under the Friday night lights or on the basketball court and spends hot Sundays tubing on the lake with his 12-year-old son Kamden. His hobbies include golfing, hunting and travel. Tim's passion in life is hard work, doing the right thing and making every moment count. He is new to the community but loves the people, the weather and can foresee calling the Wenatchee Valley his forever home.
