MISSION
The purpose of the NCW Community Toy Drive is to support struggling or low-income children in North Central Washington by providing toys & gifts during the Christmas Holiday season and to represent the public interest by distributing these toys & gifts through local non-profit organizations and schools to these children.
EXPECTATIONS
The applicant must be willing to uphold the mission of the NCW Community Toy Drive.

The applicant must be able to attend a minimum of 2/3 of all annual scheduled meetings as outlined by the NCW Community Toy Drive Bylaws and serve a minimum of one three-year term.
RESPONSIBILITIES
It is the responsibility of board members to:

- Assist with fundraising activities and attend major events.
​
- Serve on one or more NCW Community Toy Drive committees, if needed (i.e. governance, fundraising, finance, or volunteer support).
​
- Advocate for the organization within the community and region.
